Mi and Mozi is a fantasy adventure short directed by Century Favour Ebere about Mi, a 12 year old boy who meets Mozi, an ethereal being from the ethereal dimension. They bond and become friends. Mozi introduces Mi to the ethereal dimension.
On this project I served as the Onset Visual Effects Supervisor, I was responsible for collecting onset data (HDRIs, scene measurements, camera data, reference photos) and liaising with the director, cinematographer, production designer and other members of the team to ensure that scenes which would require posts are shot properly as well as ensuring that anything that could be done onset to aid the visual effects was done
Apart from onset supervision I was also responsible for building and compositing cg environments for some of the scenes(some of which didn’t make it to the final cut) using autodesk maya and zbrush.
