Hello, Rain is an afrofuturistic, afrofantasy short film directed by CJ Obasi based on the book “Hello, Moto” by Hugo and Nebula winning author Nnedi Okoroafor about three women who mix african rituals and technology to gain power.


I served as Onset Visual Effects Supervisor, I was responsible for collecting onset data (HDRIs, scene measurements, camera data, reference photos) and liaising with the director, cinematographer, production designer and other members of the team to ensure that scenes which would require post are shot properly as well as ensuring that anything that could be done onset to aid the visual effects was done
Apart from serving as onset visual effects supervisor i was responsible for previsualizing the set design.
